I was feeling nostalgic and imagining about Spring and hotter temperatures (this has been the longest winter EVER), so I chose to make springy/summery grown-up variant of one of my preferred youth treats!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 scoops orange sherbet
  • prosecco or champagne
  • fresh mint and orange curls for garnish*

Instructions

  1. Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet in a glass. You want something deep because they will foam up quite a bit! Top with desired amount of prosecco and garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange curl. Serve immediately!
