Everybody simply cherished these paleo vanilla cupcakes – even my hardest clients… . my siblings who both don't eat gluten free! They ate up two each!

This is my preferred formula for paleo cupcakes since they are solid and taste so heavenly! The cupcakes are made with just coconut flour, so they are totally gluten free. They are likewise paleo and sans dairy.

They are clammy, delicate, and have a surface like standard cupcakes without tasting eggy.

This paleo cupcakes formula just uses only one sort of flour, coconut flour. These vanilla paleo cupcakes are delicate, feathery, clammy and delectable!

Vanilla Paleo Cupcakes Recipe (Gluten-Free And Dairy-Free) #healthydessert #healthy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (measure when liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (regular milk, coconut milk or water works)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop batter into baking cups.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
