  • 5 cups water/ vegetable broth

  • 1 lb Black beans, dry/washed
  • 2 Celery stalks/chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, fresh/ minced
  • Sour cream/Crema
  • Baking & Spices
  • 2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp oil/ for plant based skip oil and use water
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro / chopped
  • 1Tbsp Lime juice
  • Tortilla strips
  • Cheese
  • Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp smoked Paprika
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • Salt to taste


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash the beans .
  2. flip your immediate Pot on Saute
  3. upload oil ,poblano peppers, garlic and give it a stir ,upload the onion,carrot , celery and tomatoes and stir .
  4. add the spices give a nice stir and add the beans and water.
  5. turn off the Sauté function and lock the lid in location, ensuring the stress release valve is ready to pressure.
