Parmesan Garlic Roasted Mushrooms #vegetarian #healthyrecipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz sliced  Cremini Mushrooms
  • 3 TBSP of Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Parmesan
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh or Dried Parsley
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees farenheit
  2. In a large bowl take the cleaned mushrooms and combine with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Stir till mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. Place mushrooms onto a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on fresh parmesan. Place back into oven and bake for additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve warm
