  • ½-1 cup slivered/sliced almonds
  • drizzle of coconut oil
  • 6 cups cauliflower, florets
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • optional: 12-oz bag frozen pearl onions, thawed & patted dry (I forgot to include!)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a pan or line with foil and spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk salt and garam masala collectively.
  3. Pat fowl wings dry with smooth paper towels—this can help them crisp up!
  4. Coat each within the spice mixture and region onto baking pan.
  5. at the same baking sheet, add cauliflower, raisins and slivered almonds (and pearl onions, if preferred).
  6. Drizzle with oil and upload seasonings, except lemon zest. Toss properly to coat.
  7. Roast 30-35 mins.

For meal prep:
